1. The Artist agrees that the submitted artwork should remain on display in the IAMA venue until the end of the exhibition on July 20, 2025. For self pickup, the Artist shall pick up his/her artwork within seven days after the end of the exhibition.

2. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that IAMA may display the artwork in the said IAMA building. The Artist also agrees that photographs may be taken of said artwork by IAMA to be used for publicity purposes including social media.

3. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright of others. For a juried show, the artist agrees that their work was not a class project.

4. By signing below, the Artist specifically expresses his or her understanding and agreement that IAMA carries no insurance or other coverage against damage, destruction, theft, or other loss of or to the artwork while on IAMA premises. While IAMA will do its best to treat artworks with care, IAMA also does not have and does not accept any liability for and does not give any guarantee against any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss to the artwork. IAMA does not have and does not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during delivery to or removal from IAMA premises by the Artist or any other persons. The Artist further agrees to save and hold IAMA harmless in the event of any such damage, destruction, theft, or other loss. I, the Artist, hereby declare that I have read the foregoing Release and that in consideration of the privilege of displaying the entitled artwork in the above-mentioned IAMA monthly exhibition, I hereby agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions stated in the Release.

5. The Artist consents to The International Art Museum of America to use The Artistโ€™s image, name, voice and/or statements in the program. The Artist gives The International Art Museum of America consent to use The Artistโ€™s image, name, music, voice, and/or statements in publicity materials or other productions that use portions of the program, and in non-broadcast showings of the program, including on the Internet. The Artist will receive no compensation for such broadcasts, productions, and showings.

6. By signing this form, The Artist releases The International Art Museum of America, its affiliates, agents, and employees; and television stations that broadcast all or part of the program, from any claim that The Artist now has or could have in the future based on the use of The Artistโ€™s image, name, voice, and/or statements in the aforementioned broadcasts, productions and showings, including (but not limited to) claims based on defamation, invasion of privacy and/or rights of publicity.

I give this consent and release in consideration of The International Art Museum of America’s permission for my participation in the program. I am 18 years of age or older, or I have the consent of a parent or guardian. I have read and understand this agreement.
